Today’s episode sees me joined by Ultrasmid once again as we take part in the Run Nation ‘Run Northumberland BIG 10 Miler’ at Matfen village, Northumberland.
The route was changed last minute to avoid flooding on the original course. Good shout Run Nation as the revised route was dry, scenic and evidently flatter than the original course!
Expect expert parking, dryrobe envy, sausage dog cameos and post race grub courtesy of Dulcissima Coffee House and Deli.
