In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Adv. Vikas Nagwan in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the leading criminal lawyer and Advocate at the Supreme Court Of India. He is also the Chairman of Juris Law Offices. This episode dives deep into the legal problems that occur in marriages, complications in divorce cases, and everything around it.

In this episode, we talked about the responsibilities of husband and wife in a marriage, the legalities of maintenance of wife in different circumstances, and different fake allegations that a wife puts on her husband or his family while filing for divorce. We also discussed adultery in a marriage and how husband and wife can navigate it and its legal consequences. We also talked about the rights of a pregnant wife and different situations in which a husband or wife can file a divorce.
