This was the last opportunity to complete the New York Road Runners 9+1 program which gives non-complementary entry to the 2023 New York City Marathon.
I volunteered at the race as a course marshal, while my sister and brother-in-law ran it.
We had a blast welcoming the new year and checking off the last boxes for 2022!
