IN the 7th Episode of Wingboarding Zero to Hero with Zane Schweitzer, he explains how to attach a kite harness and harness line. Zane then takes it out to the water to show us how (and how not) to wingfoil with harness lines. Attaching yourself to your wing with a harness reduces the load on your arms so that you can ride longer.
*Note getting started in riding with harness lines and being attached to the wing can be dangerous and should only be performed by experienced wing riders.
