Dex Romweber - Saturday Morning (Official Video)

Dex Romweber’s final album, Good Thing Goin’, was released May 5, 2023 on Propeller Sound Recordings. On his first new record in seven years, Dex found a balance between battered guitars, piano ballads, and reverb-drenched vibes, drawing inspiration from classic gospel and soulful R&B.

“Saturday Morning” is the fourth single from the album. This was one of the last videos Dex worked on, curated by him with photos and memories of him and his sister, Sara Romweber, and created in her honor.

Sara was a brilliant drummer who played with Let’s Active, Snatches of Pink, and the Dex Romweber Duo. Together, the Duo also collaborated with Jack White on the 2009 single “The Wind Did Move,” released on White’s Third Man Records, and recorded a live album at Third Man Studios.
