I recently took some time out to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains after being so busy I had forgotten what it meant to truly slow down. Sometimes life can run away with us and it can be easy to move quickly to feel like we're making progress and prevent the feeling of being behind. But with this busyness we miss the enjoyment and pleasure that can come from moving slowly and the abundance already before us.
Slow living and minimalism has taught me the importance and value of slowing down and that there really is no rush. Ultimately we will end up at the destination we're meant to whether we move fast or slow but by getting there slowly we will always arrive with more.

To anyone feeling lost, behind or confused in life, know you are moving at the pace you are meant to and according to your own time. So don't worry about getting there quickly, take the time to enjoy the journey and that slow will always make that final destination more special whenever you do get there :)
