In the live system we set up at this year's WIN EURASIA exhibition, we established bi-directional data flow between a real factory and its digital twin replicated in a virtual environment via wireless 5G infrastructure.
Visitors took a virtual reality tour of the factory and decided on the giveaway product they wanted in a virtual environment. The digital twin converted the information received from the user into a production order and transmitted it to the real factory.
After the production started, we monitored the performance of each production source and the location of the order in the factory live through the digital twin.
The real factory and the digital twin, which are exhibited side by side in fair conditions, may be kilometers or even countries away from each other in real conditions.
