This easy campfire recipe is both healthy and homemade! Mediterranean flavors and vegetables pair with chicken thighs to make a foil packet dinner that kids and adults like.
I plan a foil packet meal for one of the meals on every camping trip we take, because they are easy to make AND clean up.
If cooking in the oven, bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
