This is playthrough/guide to the Launch Tower Loot Event. You need to open locked doors by powering the generator with a Fuel Cell, you can check the locations of the Fuel Cell in the video.
The event is basically the default tower but with access requirement and maybe a bit better loot. Also there is a new button on the roof which we haven't clicked because of the rocketeer. But I will try it the next time event hits and I'll let you know what it does.
