This is my 250 hours of penalty progress. It shows how to score every penalty you take in soccer. I learnt a new penalty technique (lewandowski Penalty technique) over a year of training. I took over 50,000 penalties and these are the results. I haven't missed a penalty since changing up my technique!
This video shows my journey to taking penalties in an actual match and how I scored them when they day came. How to actually score penalties in a match.
Learning how to take penalties is only for one player per team and If you wanted to be that player then taking the time to practice and learn a proper technique is what you need to do.
