Blender Challenge: Photogrammetry Drone Buildings to Clean Game Assets

Here is my 2022 Blender challenge. I am being ask a lot these days, on how to convert a photogrammetry, drone acquired model of a building, in a clean, re-topologized model, suitable for game assets. The problem is, I don't own a drone and have no examples of this to work on. So, I challenge you, to provide a model and I will build a tutorial around it. I will also send you the finished model, once I have completed and published the tutorial.
