MDickie or Mat Dickie is the creator of the game "Wrestling Empire". Usually, He made a duplicate/parody character based on Seth Rollins named "Ronan Raw". But Ronan Raw in Wrestling Empire is something different to actual Seth Rollins's attire, dressup or even his character. According to some researches, It was inspired by his 2015 version.
