Описание:

We got Omicron in early February - but preparation, supplements, and hydrotherapy kept symptoms very mild, and no one got long COVID, a cough, or other complications.

Apologies that I mispronounce Dengue multiple times in this video !

Our COVID Preparation: Summer sunbathing (vitamin D), low lights at night, healthy organic whole and fermented foods, pine needle tea, and eating lemons (and CORRECTION to the video - I ate half a lemon every few days, not every day, to reduce stress on tooth enamel!). We use pine needles from the Canary Island Pine (https://sbbeautiful.org/canary-island...) which grows commonly in Southern California. It has long pine needles in groups of 3, rugged brown/red bark, and "suckers", or tiny tree-lets that grow from the bottom part of the trunk. In other areas you can use white pine, which has pine needles in groups of 5 (unless you live in San Diego, where Torrey Pines also fit this description but are not white pine). You can also use fir or spruce needles, which have needles directly attached to the branch (no bundles) and have pine cones. It is critical to avoid yew trees, which are very poisonous. In the fall yew may have red berries, and in the spring yew may have tiny cone like structures. Yew trees do not grow large cones or have cones in the fall. Yew leaves are directly attached to the branch (no bundles) and are green on both sides, without the white stripes seen on on the underside of edible hemlock, spruce, and fir needles.

Supplementation: Gur (jaggery) with raw onion, lemon, l-glutamine, black seed oil (nigella sativa), lysine, magnesium, olive leaf extract, digestive enzymes with papaya extract, and for grandma only, Immune Defense packs by metagenics and invermectin (both prescribed by her doctor). Grandma also took several doses of echinacea.

Hydrotherapy and Breathing: Wim Hof method, linked above plus foot bath hydrotherapy. For the foot bath use two baths, one with hot water (~105 degrees) and one with ice water. Do hot for 3 minutes, cold for 1 minute, for 3 rounds. Do daily. This works incredibly well if you start treatment as soon as you are exposed, before symptoms start - you could do daily as prevention if in a high exposure environment. If you already have symptoms do multiple times per day, and if congestion goes to the lungs treat directly on the lung area with towels, as explained in this video from Azure Standard:    • Clear Chest Congestion | Tried and True Ho...

And for those who are wondering, no one who got sick in our family had taken the you know what.

Update 8/16/22: Our family is currently doing a second round of COVID, 6 months after the first. Presumably we have Omicron ba.4 or ba.5 (I am currently on Day 8 from first symptoms). This time I tried higher reliance on Wim Hof and hydrotherapy techniques and fewer supplements; I still used gur with raw onion, lemon water (lemon and lemon peel soaked in water), l-glutamine, and olive leaf tea with a little bit of magneisum and l-lysine. My viral exposure this time was much higher even than last time because my husband, who was out of the house last time we got sick last time, got sick this time & needed night time care. This time around I ran a fever for three days and needed to rest during those days. I also had loss of appetite during the fever. I had no sore throat or pains of any type, however, and no tiredness other than what normally accompanies a fever. I am feeling well now, knock on wood. The kids all had about 12 hours of fever and then recovered quickly. Grandma did the same full supplement routine other than ivermectin this time and is still testing negative with zero symptoms. We recently found out, however, that apparently older people are less likely to be reinfected with Omicron https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama...

Important Note: We also did a LOT of prayer through both rounds of Omicron, a critical part of our process both times!
