Tofu 豆腐 2 pcs
Green onion 青葱
Corn flour water 玉米粉水

Shallots 红葱 2 pcs
Garlic 蒜米 3 cloves
Minced meat 肉碎 400g
Light soy sauce 生抽 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 胡椒粉 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 1 tbsp
Tapioca flour 木薯粉 1 tbsp
Egg white 蛋清 1/2 pcs

Water 清水 1 cup
Light soy sauce 生抽 2 tbsp
