Long Earth is a progressive rock band based in Glasgow, UK. Formed in 2016, the lineup has links to long established proggers Abel Ganz, at one point involving 4 former members.
Long Earth is firmly based in progressive rock with influences from the best of 70s/80s/90s rock and pop. With vocalist Martin Haggarty on board, their second album "Once Around the Sun" (2020) has been universally acclaimed, featuring in many DJs and critics' "best of 2020" lists. July 2024 saw the release of album 3, An Ordinary Life, currently wowing critics and fans alike
