Neighbors said this dog was tied up to a tree in the morning.
By afternoon, they delivered a bowl of water.
By evening, they knew he was dumped.
They called for help and when we laid eyes on this cute guy, we knew we were in love. We named him Beans, and he deserves better.
This one year old has the cutest ears. The cutest paws. The cutest pink nose.
