I attended the Gartner Data & Analytics Bake-Off for the first time and it was SO COOL! Thanks to @Aura Popa & @Georgia O'Callaghan for moderating the session (and all of the behind-the-scenes efforts).

Vendor that were considered for the selection of the Bake off 2025 and sent their submissions: Domo, Microsoft, Oracle, Pyramid Analytics, Qlik, Salesforce (Tableau), Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), ThoughtSpot

The vendors in the bake-off get the same dataset, same tasks, timed demos. Showcasing a fair side-by-side comparison for clients.

For me, the best and most interesting part was the "The ‘Innovation / Coolness’ section where we get to see the most innovative features from the vendors.
