Spinning Vs Grinding: What Is The Best Cadence For Climbing?

There are lots of techniques that cyclists use when climbing. Chris Froome, for example, prefers to spin a smaller gear up climbs, whereas someone like Jan Ullrich is famous for always grinding a big gear. Joined by Andrew “The Twig” Feather, we tried out Wahoo’s new POWRLINK ZERO dual-sided pedals to test which is more effective: spinning or grinding.
