This machine makes it simple to produce a wide variety of Chocolate Nuts.
Heavy-gauged stainless steel (304 grade) is used in the construction of the Chocolate & Peanut coating machine, and all important components (motors, gear-box, etc.) are sourced from reputable manufacturers to ensure reliable service for many years to come.
The air blower on the chocolate coating machine may blow either cold or hot air. To prevent the air from becoming too hot and melting the pans chocolate, a digital temperature controller with an indicator has been installed.
