Ferplast Rabbit 120 - Manufacturer lowered the quality in every aspect

We bought our 3rd Ferplast Rabbit 120, we have 2 cages already. We noticed many changes that affect quality, and I want to know why, since they are not groundbreaking financial savings for Ferplast, they are just to lower quality for customers, and I don't understand the logic behind it. Ferplast was a no1 choice when buying accessories for our rabbits but now I'm really confused, sad and angry, because I paid more and got less/worse. 1) The hiding place changed since we bought the previous one on the side? Now we can't use it without the bottom part, because it becomes unstable without it, and can't hold a rabbit. Tried to buy an old one, but the reseller had only the new faulty structure, and now I have to play DIY with our brand new cages. 2) They changed the clips from metal to plastic. Do they (or their engineers) know how rabbits work, have they seen one in real life? They taste/eat anything (like humans touch things) including metal, but at least they CAN'T eat the metal part maybe the paint, but not the metal... What do you think will happen with the plastic clippers in a few weeks/months? Of course I found out I can buy these clips from resellers for a good price, so I guess it's a good business for them. They create a problem, and they also sell a solution, it is a good way to get some extra income in short term, but they will loose potential buyers. 3) The metal cage got thinner. 3,5mm-3mm; 2,5mm-2mm, I guess they can save some money on it, but I feel like I got scammed, because I haven't found any information about this downgrade. 4) Hay rack, It was a 1 sturdy part, now it is origami with patents, looks cheap, and I can't find any good answer why, because it has plenty of space to keep it inside the box during transport. But of course I can buy from another brand. I'm in desperate need of answers/solutions, because I really lost faith in Ferplast as a quality vendor. Because the price didn't drop, only the quality. We got nothing in exchange, and I would have paid a bit more just to get the old, sturdy quality, but even the Deluxe version has the same problems for even higher price.
