We explore building a simple homelab using Cisco SDWAN 20.15.1, showing that minimal resources are needed to start. This video focuses on setting up and deploying vManage, vBond, and vSmart with self-signed certificates. We then deploy two Catalyst 8000v WAN Edges to demonstrate the process and how it integrates with existing networking infrastructure. In this video we take the steps necessary to add a second transport which happens to be a Private Transport called MPLS. The MPLS transport is not connected physically or logically to the public infrastructure used to establish the control plan connections to the vManage, vBond or vSmart. This scenario is a commonplace situation in Real World Deployments and can cause some initial shock to newcomers to Cisco SDWAN.

In this video we plan, configure and troubleshoot a very simple configurational design that rapidly becomes more intensive than planned, but we adapt and overcome after spinning our wheels a bit.
