Our second annual post-NAMM improv jam brought Darby Todd, Dave Marks, Jake Willson, and Doug Doppler back to the studio to record this blazing rendition of "Led Boots," originally credited to keyboardist Max Middleton. The song first appeared on Jeff Beck's third album, "Wired."

Dave's bass was tracked via DI, then reamped via an Ampeg SVT2 Pro and a vintage 8x12 Ampeg cab, miked with a Roswell Mini K67x and a Roswell Mini K87.
Doug's guitar was played through a Mesa 4x12, miked with a Roswell Mini K47.
Jake's guitar was played through a Hughes & Kettner TriAmp MK II, into a Bogner cab, miked with a Roswell Mini K67x.
