Rules:
Classic Sudoku rules: Each row, column and 3x3 box must include the digits 1 to 9 only once.
Killer rules: Digits in each cage must add up to the number in the upper right edge of the cage. Digits in a cage cannot repeat.
Diagonal rules: Each digit, from 1 to 9, must appear only once on each of the 2 main diagonal lines.
