We visited Dawki near Mawlynnong in Meghalaya in March 2025. Me and Mallika were both excited to boat on what they say the cleanest river of India. This place is about 3-4 hours from Cherrapunji and can be reached by car. But is it worth it? Is the water really that clean? Also, does the place have partial occupancy from Bangladesh? Is it safe to be there with all these conflicts?
