Moni Mannings, OBE, covered this topic in the latest Dynamic Boards NED Community meet-up (Monday 17th February 2025).
Moni, a FTSE 100 Non-Executive Director, has served on the board of a number of companies including Dairy Crest Group plc, Investec Bank plc, Cazoo Group Ltd, Hargreaves Lansdown plc and Barnardo’s to name a few.
Moni is currently Senior Independent Director of Land Securities Group plc, the Co-operative Group Limited and a Member of the Takeover Panel for Easyjet plc.
She has experience of Chairing Remuneration Committees and being a member of RemCos.
The session was hosted by Sarah Pierman, CEO & Founder of Dynamic Boards.
We followed the discussion with breakout sessions to allow members time to discuss the following questions:
1) How do you manage stakeholder perceptions?
2) How have you found establishing fair and financially sustainable outcomes?
