First Day in USA is My Worst Nightmare | Alaska to Antarctica Ep11

First Day in USA didn't go as planned. In fact, it was a total disaster. In this episode of the Alaska to Antarctica (A2A) series, we cross into Washington State, hoping for a fresh start. But things took a dark turn immediately. While exploring a beach near Olympic National Park, a small mistake destroyed my main filming camera (Sony A7C).

Suddenly, I am without a camera for the rest of this massive road trip. To make matters worse, Alex and I decided to part ways—he went back to Canada, and I continued solo towards Portland.

Alone, sad, and without my gear, I found a remote lake for wild camping in Washington. But the night turned terrifying when a drunk couple in a nearby campervan started a dangerous fight. Stranded in the dark woods, unable to film, and fearing for my safety—this is the reality of solo travel.
