जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 और 35A हटाने के बाद भी राज्य में आतंकवादी ढाँचा कमजोर नहीं हुआ है। कारण यह है कि आतंकवाद की नर्सरी ज्यों की त्यों बनी हुई है। आतंकवाद का गढ़ ने केवल कश्मीर घाटी बल्कि पूरे देश में मदरसे और मस्जिदें हैं । केंद्र सरकार ने अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के साढ़े छह साल बाद असली समस्या की ओर ध्यान दिया है। इस समय घाटी में मस्जिदों और मदरसों की प्रोफाइलिंग का अभियान चल रहा है। इसमें इन दोनों संस्थानों से जुड़ेंगे लोगों के बैंक खातों सहित सारी निजी जानकारियाँ जुटाई जा रही हैं। अब देखना यह है कि इसके बाद सरकार क्या कार्रवाई करती है।

There are madrassas and mosques not only in Kashmir valley but in the entire country which is the hotbed of terrorism. In this, all the personal information including bank accounts of the people associated with these two institutions is being collected. Now it remains to be seen what action the government takes after this.
