This recipe can make 6 pieces of pumpkin bread
1. Dough面团:
260g Bread flour 筋面粉 1cup+2/3cup
105g Pumpkin puree 南瓜泥
25g Sugar 糖 2tbsp
3g Instant yeast 酵母 1tsp
2g Salt 盐 1/4tsp
1pc Egg 鸡蛋
60g Ice milk 冰牛奶 1/4cup
25g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油
2. Pumpkin filling南瓜馅儿:
500g Pumpkin puree 南瓜泥
25g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油
15g Wheat starch/Corn starch 澄粉/玉米淀粉 2tbsp
30g Milk powder 奶粉 1/4cup
10g Sugar 糖 2.4tsp
50g Malt sugar 麦芽糖 (可以用白糖代替,It can be instead with Sugar)
Preheat the Oven on 185°C(370°F), bake for 13 minutes
