🌸 Hotel Quintessence - A Summer Paradise

Hotel Quintessence is the perfect luxury escape for any season. Room Tour: Classic Suite
We stayed in a beautifully styled Classic Suite featuring a cozy fireplace, luxurious bathroom, and stunning lake views. Valet parking and a warm welcome with champagne and chocolates added to the perfect start of our stay.

Summer Activities & Dining
The summer menu was a highlight, featuring fresh seafood, decadent desserts, and creative cocktails. The aquatic section was so much fun and worth doing. With the lake thawed, we couldn't resist renting kayaks and trying out the new Shark Bikes—so fun and easy to ride!

WHAT WE ORDERED:
Lobster bisque and truffle risotto, mullet caviar, lemon cream
Fresh oysters
Halibut, cider braised apples, cauliflower purée, grilled asparagus, basil butter
Deer sirloin steak, smoked celery purée, king oyster mushrooms, maple glazed cipollini onions, honeysuckle berry sauce
Dark chocolate lava cake : With vanilla ice cream
