[Gungeon] Boss fights with the mad Chancellor

Fighting two bosses with the mad Chancellor on my ass (one of them in turbo mode cause why not). I'll look into getting him to spawn on later floors and maybe make another video with more bosses.
The reason why I didn't do the Gatling Gull with the Chancellor is that I somehow couldn't get him to spawn with the Gull.
In case you're wondering how this works: If you let the Chancellor live after killing the Bullet King then he will appear in the next boss fight and attack you, even if it's on a new run. As you can see in the video he dies when you kill the boss though so bringing him further than one floor is very hard. You need a way to skip a boss completely to get him further.
