Walking along the route of the Surrey Iron Railway, a 19th century horse drawn line between Croydon/Hackbridge and Wandsworth. The Croydon branch of the line; most of this section is now part of the Tramlink network.
Main reference was a 1981 booklet Retracing the First Public Railway by Derek A. Bayliss.
