Crispy Potato Cheese balls
Recipe
Boil potatoes
Chopped onions and capsicum and slightly fry them on low flame
Take 1 cup of rice and add a dice of butter and cook the rice
Now In an bowl add boiled potatoes , fried onion and capsicum and cooked Rice add spices and mix it well
Take mozeralla cheese block and dice it into small cubes.
Now make small balls of potato’s and rice mixture and place a cube of cheese in each ball
Now in a bowl add 2 tsp of corn flour , add salt according to taste and add spices
Now dip the balls in corn flour mixture and bread crumbs and fry it until it turns golden brown
Serve with mayo or ketchup
