Manda, a 9 year old husky girl, came to us on our last rescue after having been used for breeding purposes in a puppy mill for years. Shortly after arriving, it appears that a tick egg hatched on this sweet girl, leaving her covered in thousands of baby ticks. They were attached to her entire body, even her sweet muzzle and eyes. She was treated as quickly as possible. Now, after dealing with her infestation, she is dealing with crippling fear and shyness. This poor girl has so many hurdles to cross, but we know she will.
