[20th] Critical Agility Barrage | Quick Build Demo

►About
Rangers lack good sources of maintainable 33% IAS on barrage/volley builds. The new weapon suffixes open up three options.
(1) Of the Assassin: Critical Agility.
(2) Of the Warrior: Flail.
(3) Of the Warrior: Seven Weapons Stance (via dwarven stability). Would replace expert's dexterity in outdated volley builds.

Demonstration of a barrage build (and together as one derivative) using critical agility for a maintainable 33% attack speed boost. Please note that critical hit chances against higher level foes diminish, so you need to hit multiple targets with barrage to reliably recharge your critical agility! Alternatively a hero with "go for the eyes!" will be a great help. Whether or not this build is worth it needs to be determined via testing in actual gameplay.

Using penetrating and sundering attack maximized your damage output, but also your energy consumption, requiring the use of body shot against foes with cracked armour. If you don't have cracked armour in your team use point blank and Zojun's shot.

• Zealous shortbow of the assassin, inscription "strength and honour!". Customized.
• Headpiece of marksmanship, rune of superior marksmanship. This increases your damage and critical hit chance.
• Rune of superior expertise. 13 expertise is the breakpoint for 5 energy skills to cost 2 energy, 14 expertise is the breakpoint for 10 energy skills to cost 4 energy.
[Optional]
• Sentry or blessed insignias.
• Rune of superior vigor.
• Rune of minor wilderness survival.
• Rune of clarity.
• Rune(s) of vitae.
• Staff of enchanting for dwarven stability and ebon battle standard of honor.
• Shield set.
