In this video, rowing Olympian and Coach, Luke Walton discusses the 2 most common errors when it comes to the arm draw on the drive of the rowing machine stroke: 1) grabbing at the front end and 2) yanking at the back end. Coach Walton then goes on to equip you with 2 drills to correct your arm activation and draw issues: 1) Legs, Legs/Body, Full Strokes and 2) Close Grip Rowing.
