Join my hubby and me as we spend a beautiful day caring for elephants at the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage! 🐘💛
We arrived just in time to see the elephants bathing in the river — such a peaceful and joyful sight. We also met some injured elephants and learned how they’re being looked after with love and care. It was an emotional and unforgettable experience.
Funny moment: a policeman thought I looked Indian and asked me questions — but I’m proudly Sri Lankan! 🇱🇰
