DAKHLA ATTITUDE - SPOT RIFHLY DAKHLA - HOTEL

RIHFLY DAKHLA Sport Center is open all year around offering kitesurf and windsurf lessons, material rental, surf shop, repair workshop, wake boarding, excursions and much more. During the winter time (november till march) the sport center opens at 9AM and closes at 6PM. For the rest of the year the center is open from 9AM till 8PM. 30 minutes before closing a big horn that can be heard all over the lagoon horns 3 times which is a message for customers with rental material to come back to the center and for the ones with own gear and still in the water to watch out as security will not be available anymore. All clients arriving in Dakhla Attitude Hotel HAVE TO REGISTER at the sport center after finishing their check in process in the reception of the hotel and attend the briefing heldevery day at 10AM in front of the kitesurfing area where all the details about the spot and how the sport center works are explained. The lagoon has almost no danger zones. Customers need to watch out for the anchor of the boats (marked with a flag) and the boats itself. On low tide some very sharp shells are laying in the sand. Its better to watch out for them and in case of a cut try to clean it up as much as possible and keep the wound always dry. Kites should NEVER be landed or launched from the concrete platform or the area in front of the sport center. A line of red buoy march the limit for this. Once in the water it is important to respect the other riders. For this it is important to know and apply the international rules of RIGHT OF WAY in the water.
