This test flight will test the aerodynamic flight characteristics of the Tornado with swept wings, including its aerodynamic performance during the transition phase.
As a precaution, I chose a high altitude to ensure sufficient clearance from the ground in case of any unintended behavior, but this wasn't necessary.
There was no strange behavior, no nose-down or nose-up behavior; it simply continued flying straight ahead.
The only expected change in behavior was that the aircraft now responded more strongly to inputs from the aileron control.
But despite the docile flight characteristics, I was extremely tense, which wasn't exactly helpful.
