On this day, we celebrate Christmas - the sacred day when Lord Jesus Christ took His birth.

In this final episode of our four-part series 'Preparing for Christmas Puja', we listen to Her Holiness Shri Mataji’s Christmas Puja lecture from 1996, delivered at Ganapatipule. In this talk, Shri Mataji invites us into the holy stillness of the manger, where Jesus Christ - our divine Brother and eternal Guide - was born upon a simple bed of straw.

HH Shri Mataji explains that within this poverty, shines the richest light of heaven: total innocence, total detachment, and total love. She reveals that His birth led to the opening of the Agnya for all humanity - a cosmic dawn that continues to illumine the world. His purity, His courage, and His forgiveness flow like nectar into our own ascent.

Christmas thus becomes a living moment within us. Christ is born again in our hearts. Through HH Shri Mataji’s love, Christ grows within our being - dissolving all divisions, burning away ego, and awakening unity. When we bow to the Christ within, the whole world becomes our family, and every breath becomes a hymn to His divine birth.

This program begins with music and prayers devoted to Lord Jesus Christ, followed by HH Shri Mataji’s 1996 Christmas lecture, Puja, and Aarti. It concludes with a meditation on Shri Mataji’s Lotus Feet, and a recital of Handel’s Hallelujah, performed by the English yogis in Shri Mataji’s presence in 1988.

In this 4–part series preparing our hearts for Christmas Puja, we journey through the divine revelations shared by Her Holiness Shri Mataji about the true nature and advent of Jesus Christ.
