Riding Llyn Peninsula on Royal Enfield Scram Evokes Childhood Memories

First of a short series of videos exploring and discovering the amazing roads and landscapes of the Llyn Peninsula in north Wales on my Royal Enfield Scram 411. A childhood memory evoking experience.

Sunday 5th May and an early start see's Stan the Scram and myself heading north to ride a route of the Llyn Peninsula planned on the Beeline navigation app. The video commences near to Porthmadog before joining the A497 heading west to trace the coast through Criccieth and on to Pwllheli. Heading towards Pwllheli invoked memories of 1975 when as a 10 year old my mom and spent a holiday in what was at the time Butlins Holiday camp. In the video I will tell you the story of how things didn't go to plan and how things turned out in the end.

Departing Pwllheli we head into some exceptionally beautiful countryside as Stan and I weave our way through the amazing landscape bathed in sunshine. The video concludes as w stop to enjoy an amazing view and listen to the sound of silence!
