礁溪位於宜蘭的北部，因地處火山帶又以溫泉而聞名，市區內除了有三座免費的溫泉池供遊客休憩，還有很多美食和豐富的拌手禮，今天除了帶大家逛逛市區著名的溫泉，也順道去吃當地著名的小吃，還走了宜蘭很有名氣的瀑布和專賣養生食品的觀光工廠，一份滿滿的行程分享給大家～

Jiaoxi, located in the northern part of Yilan, is renowned for its hot springs due to its location in a volcanic zone. In addition to three free hot spring pools available for visitors to relax in the town center, there are also plenty of delicious local cuisines and abundant souvenirs. Today, besides taking everyone to explore the famous hot springs in the town center, we'll also indulge in some local delicacies. Additionally, we'll visit Yilan's well-known waterfall and a tourist factory specializing in health foods. It's going to be a jam-packed itinerary that I'm excited to share with everyone!
