The house derives its name, Oxygen House, from its central design feature—courtyards and green pockets filled with oxygen-giving plants that breathe life into every corner of the home. These courtyards serve not just as aesthetic elements but also as functional contributors to air quality and overall well-being, making nature an integral part of the living experience. At the heart of the home is a central courtyard, dominated by a tree and a lush tropical garden that floods the interior with natural light and serves as a focal point for the living and dining spaces.
The home’s corner elevation, open to the east and north, enhances natural light and ventilation throughout the day. Large windows in the formal sitting and living rooms frame panoramic views of the landscaped gardens, while strategically placed vertical openings blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
A significant architectural gesture is the sculptural spiral staircase, crafted from black stone and accented with a glass railing. Positioned next to the main display kitchen, it acts as a vertical connector, guiding movement between the floors while serving as a visual anchor for the home. A grand chandelier above the staircase enhances the verticality, adding drama to the space.

The master bedroom on this level is particularly striking, with three-sided windows providing panoramic views of the lush greenery outside. The seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces continues into the master bathroom, where grey onyx finishes and an abundance of plants create a spa-like environment. A steam bath, Jacuzzi, and natural light enhance the bathroom’s luxurious feel, while large trees on the adjacent balcony provide both shade and privacy.

Externally, the elevation combines modern lines with subtle nods to tradition. The engraved "Om" symbol on the façade is a quiet homage to the family’s spiritual roots, while the tulsi plant near the entrance offers a symbolic connection to Indian tradition.
