It supposedly can help rid of dangerous toxins in our bodies, promoting greater health and might even help us lose weight! All that sounds great of course, and no one would want "bad" stuff in their bodies, but how effective is this strategy really? Is it worth drinking only lemonade for weeks, or taking a bunch of "cleansing" supplements? Or how about avoiding all significant sources of protein?
