(WATCH IN HD!) I really hope this helps those of you who are dealing with having anxiety and depression, especially while going through a chronic illness. I know it can be so rough!
This video is to share my individual story and what I have had to live with as a person with CFS. Everyone is so different when it comes to chronic illness and not everyone experience the same journey. I am improving so much and I am so grateful! But I know I have a ways to go.
