By far, the most dangerous psychotropics are the opiates. Oxycodone is the number one drug in America that results in overdose. Two other opiates, fentanyl and fentanyl find their way into street drugs and addicts systems. These drugs are so potent that small amounts can result in overdose this class sticks out as the most dangerous. The next class of drugs would be amphetamines, and one of the culprit‘s here is methamphetamine, which is probably the most abused and the most risky in terms of heart attack. The third drug would be cocaine, which is used legally for intranasal local anesthesia can result in cardiovascular disease and death. The next class of drugs would be benzodiazepines which caused addiction, euphoria tolerance, withdrawal seizures, overdose, especially when mixed with alcohol. Xanax alprazolam is the worst of this class. The next class would be antipsychotics of which and olanzapine which is rex are considered the most dangerous to agranulocytosis seizure, myocarditis, weight gain and metabolic syndrome. The next class would be mood stabilizer is like Depakote, which can cause liver disease, pancreatitis, which can cause a skin disease called Steve Johnson, which is deadly the next one would be Terry tall which can cause a pancytopenia. The next class of Drugs would be Kathy Owens, which are bath salts, which can result in overdose. Synthetic cannabinoids, such as K2 in spice can result in overdose and death. I’d also like to put in their Ambien. It’s not that common it causes death, but it has a lot of of our side effects i.e. complex behaviors while asleep. It’s like sleepwalking sleep, sleep talking and also the next day at least people with irritability and aggression. Need to mention lithium ca n be lethal in overdose ,anit is kidney toxic
