FUSION: Cooking Demo w/ Chef Susur Lee

In the culinary world, new dishes are being invented as the classic ones withstand the test of time. Creation of a new dish or re-invention of a classic recipe requires culinary mastery. Renowned Chef Susur Lee is admired for his ability to skillfully and creatively combine different ingredients to wake up/excite the taste buds. In May 2022, we were joined by fellow IT professionals for a luncheon where Chef Lee performed a live cooking demonstration, making his Wild Argentinean Shrimp dish.
