This song actually plays during the credits in this version, but only the first 30 seconds really are heard because the credits scroll too fast, and then the game resets without halting the YM2612.
Recently, the Video Game History Foundation has unearthed and published all lost content from the Sega Channel, a service in which the Sega Channel modem resided in your cartridge slot and you could subscribe for a monthly fee to get on demand games and exclusive content. When the service was shut down in 1998, most content was lost, however now it has all been found and released.
This version of The Flintstones is similar to the SNES version by Ocean where it was based off of the movie starring John Goodman. These versions tended to be a more well rounded experience than the Taito version. Originally, this game was planned to release on cartridge but only came out on the Sega Channel. Now, the entire game can be enjoyed by all. I will be uploading the soundtrack ripped from the soundtest with the best info I can get on where the songs come from.
