Ipinaliwanag ng ilang eksperto mula sa Bitskwela, Philippine Association of Fintech Lawyers (PAFLA), at Twala sa Senado nitong Huwebes (Oktubre 2) kung ano ang Blockchain technology at kung paano nito mababantayan ang bawat pisong ginagastos ng gobyerno sa iba't ibang programa.

Bagaman malaking tulong, isa lamang 'tool' ang Blockchain sa pagsugpo ng korapsyon.

"Technology is only the means, the goal is a government that truly works for the people," saad ni Atty. Herminio Bagro III ng Twala na isa sa blockchain-powered digital software sa bansa.
