Meeting a Loved One in Spirit Meditation: This heart-warming meditation will help you reconnect with loved ones that have crossed over to the spirit realm. I will guide you into a place of deep relaxation which allows you to let go of the outer world in order for you to deeply connect with your inner world. Once you are deeply relaxed and connected within I will guide you to raise your vibration and move into higher levels of consciousness and into higher dimensions where your loved ones reside. It is here where you will spend time with your loved ones, communicating. Asking questions and listening.

During your experience, know that you are completely safe within the spiritual realms. The only thing you need to do is trust the process. Trust what you receive, even if you don't understand it at the time, take note of it and write it down. Trust all the impressions you receive … you may feel something … you may hear your inner voice … you may see images … you may smell something … you might even taste something … and you may even feel as if you are making it up … however you must trust what you receive. Write it down. Ask for more clarity and guidance in another session. Eventually whatever it is that you received will make sense to you … just don't give up. Keep returning to this meditation time and time again.

Also, your loved ones will show you they are around by sending you signs in your physical reality! You may hear a song on the radio that reminds you of them, you may see a certain bird or animal that reminds you of them, you may just out of the blue think of them, you may see an image of them in your mind, you may hear someone whisper your name. They are always trying to show you they are around. Start to be observant of these signs and give thanks when you understand it was them!
