एंजेल चकमा के पिता BSF के जवान हैं, जो देश की सीमा पर तैनात होकर भारत की सुरक्षा करते हैं। सवाल यह है कि जब एक फौजी का बेटा भी देश के भीतर सुरक्षित नहीं है, तो आम नागरिक की सुरक्षा की क्या गारंटी है?
